Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Electronics Hardware Engineer to design, develop, test, and validate electronic hardware for embedded and defense-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, PCB development, component selection, hardware debugging, and product validation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design analog and digital electronic circuits based on project requirements.
- Develop schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts using industry-standard EDA tools.
- Select electronic components considering performance, cost, and availability.
- Design power supply circuits, signal conditioning circuits, and interface circuits.
- Work with microcontrollers, processors, sensors, and communication modules.
- Perform circuit simulation and hardware validation.
- Debug hardware using Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, DMM, Power Supply, and Function Generator.
- Support PCB fabrication, assembly, and prototype bring-up.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and implement design improvements.
- Prepare hardware design documents, BOMs, schematics, test reports, and manufacturing documents.
- Collaborate with Embedded Software, Mechanical, and Production teams for product development.
- Ensure designs comply with EMI/EMC, reliability, and quality standards.

Educational Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Instrumentation, or related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in embedded hardware development.
- Knowledge of defense, aerospace, industrial automation, or robotics products.
- Experience in prototype development and testing.
- Familiarity with IPC standards and DFM/DFT concepts.
