Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our creative team at MetaDesignSolutions.com. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing real-world product design work and proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, WebFlow or Framer. A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design is essential. We value team players with good vibes, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop UI/UX designs that are user-friendly, intuitive, and visually appealing.
Design and Development of Websites using WebFlow, Framer, Elementor Etc..
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Ensure designs are accessible and responsive across various devices and screen sizes.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience.
Hands on experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Hands on experience with WebFlow, Framer or Elementor Etc..
Strong portfolio demonstrating product design work, with real-world shipped projects being a bonus.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Framer.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
