We are hiring for Customer Care Manager - Sales
Requirements:
- Education: any Graduate
- Experiences: 3–5 years of experience in Customer Care, CRM, or Sales Support within the automobile industry.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations.
- Drive customer satisfaction (CSI/NPS) and retention.
- Support sales teams through effective follow-ups and customer engagement.
- Lead and mentor the customer care team.
- Monitor CRM activities and prepare performance reports.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
