Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a GRE & GMAT Faculty member. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both GRE and GMAT preparation and possess the skills necessary to effectively teach and guide students through these standardized tests
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
- Conducting Classes: Plan and deliver engaging and effective classes for GRE and GMAT test preparation.
- Curriculum Development:Develop and update course materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness in preparing students for GRE and GMAT exams.
- Individualized Coaching:Provide personalized coaching and guidance to students, addressing their specific needs and challenges in GRE and GMAT sections.
- Assessment and Feedback:Administer practice tests, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their scores.
- Stay Updated: Stay current with changes in GRE and GMAT test patterns, question formats, and any other relevant updates.
- Motivate and Inspire:Inspire students to excel in their test preparation by fostering a positive and motivating learning environment.
- Student Support: Offer support and guidance to students regarding study strategies, time management, and test-taking techniques.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Post graduate (In the relevant field)
- Test Scores:Strong GRE and GMAT scores.
- Teaching Experience: 3-5 years of experience in teaching GRE and GMAT test preparation courses.
- Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability:Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles.
- Motivational Skills:Capability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best results.
- Technology Skills:Proficient in using educational technology and online platforms for teaching.
- Continuous Learning:Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about developments in GRE and GMAT testing.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
