ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to support business growth, banking operations, departmental coordination, tender-related activities, and organizational operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, documentation, and field execution skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Marketing
- Identify new business opportunities and support organizational growth initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support client acquisition, relationship management, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and outreach programs.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business proposals.
Banking & Financial Coordination
- Coordinate and manage company banking-related activities.
- Handle bank account documentation, account opening/closure, KYC updates, and banking correspondence.
- Liaise with banking officials for operational requirements.
- Support finance and accounts teams in banking-related matters.
Liaisoning & Departmental Coordination
- Submission and follow-up of departmental letters, applications, and official documents.
- Coordinate with government departments, institutions, banks, and stakeholders as required.
- Maintain records of communications, approvals, and submissions.
- Support management in administrative and coordination activities.
Tender & Field Operations
- Assist in tender-related field activities and document submissions.
- Coordinate with departments and stakeholders regarding tender requirements.
- Visit government offices, client locations, banks, and institutions whenever required.
- Support project execution and compliance-related activities.
Office Operations
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day office operational requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support.
- Assist management in special assignments and operational tasks.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting systems.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent coordination and liaisoning abilities.
- Knowledge of banking procedures and documentation.
- Good understanding of marketing and business development activities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for official work whenever required.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- MBA (Marketing / Finance / Operations) from a recognized institution.
- Experience in business development, banking coordination, administration, or tender support.
- Strong networking and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
