Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain our products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.
- Explain company products and services effectively.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, or emails.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Achieve daily call, lead generation, and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams for lead management.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Prepare daily and weekly call reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Sales, or BPO.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in outbound calling or telesales.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Knowledge of lead generation and customer relationship management.

Pay: ₹8,879.68 - ₹29,017.78 per month
