Education level, knowledge and work/industry experience
- At least 5years experience in successful architecting and delivery of complex, integrated IT Solutions in Telecommunications & ICT
- Minimum of 5 years developing and implementing complex ICT solution across multiple ICT disciplines
- Understanding of process and procedures in the delivery and day 2 operations of a managed services offering.
- Experience in delivering, product, solutions capability to enable a managed service outcome.
- Understanding of the unique requirements for Enterprise and Government customer use of leading-edge ICT technologies
Knowledge of infrastructure components, Software defined X services, virtualization & Cloud technologies, middleware and Operational support systems
- Proven track record of building multitenant ecosystems around aaS offerings
- Experience in leading a team of technical SMEs
- Experience in relationship management at the executive level
- Skilled in matrix management & virtual teaming with a strong ability to motivate staff & collaborate with other members of the management team
- Ability to identify and navigate complex organizational and political structures
- Analytical interpretation and advanced problem solving skills
- High levels of personal commitment and willingness to accept responsibility for one's own actions
