Job Description – Architect
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design, plan, and oversee residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent design skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design drawings.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, working drawings, and construction documents.
- Meet clients to understand project requirements, budgets, and design preferences.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, interior designers, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings.
- Prepare project presentations, BOQs, specifications, and design reports.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Review material selections, construction quality, and project timelines.
- Resolve design and site-related issues during project execution.
- Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
Required Skills:
- Architectural Design & Space Planning
- AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, and Adobe Photoshop
- Building Codes & Construction Documentation
- Project Coordination & Site Supervision
- Client Presentation & Communication Skills
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (CoA) is preferred.
Experience:
- 2–6 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong portfolio of residential and commercial projects.
- Excellent design visualization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and construction techniques is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
