End-User Support:Provide L1 support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Hardware Maintenance: Diagnose, repair, and upgrade desktops, laptops
System Deployment: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience: 0 to 6 months of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role (internships or hands-on academic projects are a plus).
Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Windows , and Hardware of Laptop and desktop.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication and writing skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
Pay: ₹8,839.63 - ₹18,000.00 per month
