Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Sales & Business Development Executive who can drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and support expansion into new accounts. This role blends inside sales, key account management, and outbound business development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Own end-to-end revenue generation from prospecting to closure
- Identify and target new enterprise and SME clients through cold outreach, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Convert inbound and outbound leads via calls, meetings, and proposals
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
2. Account Management
- Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B clients
- Drive repeat purchases and increase share of wallet
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and escalations
3. Cross-functional Coordination
- Ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction
- Provide market feedback to improve pricing, assortment, and platform experience
Key Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in Cold calling / Client Acquisition
- Industry Preference: industrial supplies, office supplies, or distribution
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Excel / CRM tools

CTC
- Fixed salary range 25000 - 35000
- Variable incentive linked to target achievement
