Roles & Responsibilities
You will coordinate and monitor all ongoing GRC and FRP projects from project award through design, production, dispatch, installation, and final handover.
You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, risks, delays, and overall project performance.
You will coordinate with the Design, Production, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, Accounts, and Site Execution teams to ensure timely completion of project activities.
You will prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, progress trackers, and status reports, ensuring adherence to approved timelines.
You will monitor project deliverables and proactively identify delays, bottlenecks, and resource constraints while coordinating with the respective departments to implement corrective actions.
You will coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and site representatives regarding project schedules, technical clarifications, approvals, inspections, and progress updates.
You will monitor drawing approvals, material procurement, production schedules, dispatch plans, and site installation activities to ensure seamless project execution.
You will assist in project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, material planning, and execution strategies to achieve project objectives efficiently.
You will organize and attend project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, record minutes of meetings (MOM), and ensure timely follow-up and closure of action points.
You will maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, correspondence, approvals, variation orders, progress reports, and project records.
You will coordinate with the Procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and services required for uninterrupted project execution.
You will track project costs, change orders, variations, and commercial issues and promptly report significant deviations to the CEO.
You will support the CEO in preparing project presentations, management reports, performance dashboards, and strategic project updates.
You will coordinate site visits, inspections, factory visits, client meetings, and progress review meetings whenever required.
You will ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and company policies throughout project execution.
You will facilitate effective communication between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and timely decision-making.
You will maintain strict confidentiality regarding project information, commercial data, client communications, and company records.
You will perform any other project coordination, business support, or management responsibilities assigned by the CEO from time to time.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
