We are looking for an Office Staff / Documentation Assistant to support office administration, project documentation, and coordination with project stakeholders. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and be willing to visit project sites and government offices when required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project documents, reports, and records.
- Data entry and reporting using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Handle office correspondence, emails, and filing.
- Prepare quotations, bills, and project-related documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Visit project sites when required for documentation purposes.
- Coordinate with Government Engineers and relevant authorities regarding project documentation, approvals, and submissions.
- Follow up on project files and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle documentation independently.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and government offices when required.
- Plus Two / Diploma / Degree qualification.
- Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
