Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Lab Technician to manage sample collection, PRP procedures, GFC preparation, and routine laboratory operations. The candidate should ensure accurate handling of samples, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and support smooth clinical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform blood collection/phlebotomy procedures efficiently and safely.
- Assist in PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) preparation and GFC (Growth Factor Concentrate) processing.
- Handle centrifugation, sample separation, labeling, and storage procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation of patient samples and test records.
- Ensure sterilization and cleanliness of laboratory equipment and workstations.
- Follow NABL/clinical safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for procedure scheduling and patient management.
- Monitor inventory of laboratory consumables and raise requirements when needed.
- Dispose of biomedical waste as per standard guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- DMLT / BMLT or relevant laboratory technician certification.
- Experience in blood collection and sample handling.
- Knowledge of PRP and GFC procedures will be preferred.
- Good understanding of laboratory safety and hygiene standards.
- Basic computer knowledge for record maintenance.
- Good communication and patient handling skills.
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong practical exposure may also apply.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Comfortable working in clinical/aesthetic setup.
- Detail-oriented and disciplined in maintaining SOPs.
Pay: ₹8,283.25 - ₹26,000.00 per month
