Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Eye Care/Ophthalmology healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and compliance while supporting the organization's overall HR objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Source, screen, schedule interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
- Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Handle employee grievances and foster a positive workplace environment.
- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain HR databases.
- Coordinate with department heads to meet ongoing manpower requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in an Eye Care Hospital/Ophthalmology organization (Mandatory).
- Good knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, labor laws, payroll coordination, and HRMS.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
