# Hiring: Production Designer – Modular Furniture

### Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **Production Designer** with experience in the modular furniture industry. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of production drawings, Cabinet Vision, and AutoCAD, with the ability to convert design concepts into accurate manufacturing-ready drawings.
### Key Responsibilities
* Prepare production drawings for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and other fixed furniture.
* Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using **Cabinet Vision** and **AutoCAD**.
* Generate cutting lists, Bills of Materials (BOM), and CNC-ready production data.
* Coordinate with production, CNC, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.
* Optimize material utilization and minimize production wastage.
* Review drawings for accuracy before releasing them to production.
* Resolve technical issues related to design and manufacturing.
* Maintain project documentation and revision records.
### Required Skills
* 2–5 years of experience in modular furniture production design.
* Strong proficiency in **Cabinet Vision** and **AutoCAD**.
* Good understanding of modular furniture manufacturing processes.
* Experience in preparing production drawings, BOMs, cutting lists, and CNC outputs.
* Knowledge of hardware, panel materials, edge banding, and joinery details.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
### Qualification
* Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Interior Design, Furniture Design, or a related field (preferred).
