The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AI-based automation, workflow optimization, and process management. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to implement automation solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage AI-driven automation workflows and processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve business operations through automation solutions.
- Work with AI tools, CRM automation, chatbot automation, and email automation systems.
- Monitor and maintain automation performance to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and deliver automation solutions accordingly.
- Troubleshoot automation-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure process efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest AI automation trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in AI Automation, Process Automation, or a related field.
- Good understanding of AI tools and automation platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
