Job Summary
EMC Healthcare Services is looking for an energetic and professional Public Relations Officer (PRO) to build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, medical professionals, educational institutions, and business partners. The candidate will represent the organization, coordinate with clients, and support business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare organizations.
- Visit hospitals, colleges, and corporate clients to promote EMC Healthcare Services.
- Coordinate with medical professionals and healthcare partners.
- Conduct campus placement coordination with colleges and institutions.
- Handle client inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and business correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and promotional activities.
- Assist the Business Development and HR teams in recruitment and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients and partners.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Tamil.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai when required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (B.Pharm, MBA, BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., or equivalent).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in Healthcare, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Development, or Client Relations will be preferred.
