Store & Inventory Management
- Manage receipt, storage, issuance, and stock control of:
- Steel and Aluminium materials
- Glass
- Paints and Chemicals
- Bought-Out Components
- Hardware and C-Class Consumable Items
- Ensure proper identification, storage, preservation, and traceability of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
Material Movement & Logistics
- Coordinate and control material movement between stores and production departments.
- Manage inward and outward movement of materials from external vendors and subcontractors.
- Maintain records of material sent for job work and received back.
- Ensure timely availability of materials for production schedules.
ERP & Documentation
- Perform all store transactions in ERP system including:
- Goods Receipt (GRN)
- Material Issue
- Material Transfer
- Stock Adjustment
- Inventory Reconciliation
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Generate stock reports, consumption reports, and inventory analysis reports.
Inventory Control
- Conduct periodic stock verification and cycle counting.
- Reconcile physical stock with ERP records.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and reduce stock discrepancies.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory practices wherever applicable.
Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Planning, and Accounts departments.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory control policies.
- Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and records.
Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of store operations and inventory management.
- Experience in handling industrial raw materials and bought-out items.
- Good understanding of ERP systems and inventory transactions.
- Knowledge of FIFO, stock control techniques, and inventory reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory reporting.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and record-keeping skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate.
- 8–10 years of experience in store and inventory management within engineering, automotive, bus body, sheet metal fabrication, or manufacturing industries.
- Experience in handling large inventories and production-related material movements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented with strong inventory control capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple material categories efficiently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with modern warehouse and store management practices.
- Experience working with ERP-based inventory systems.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
