Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist who can plan and execute digital marketing campaigns while producing engaging content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, content writing, photography/videography, and video editing. This role requires someone who can transform ideas into compelling digital content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and marketing automation initiatives.
Content Creation
- Write high-quality content for blogs, websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.
- Create compelling captions, scripts, product descriptions, and marketing copy.
- Develop content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice and messaging.
Photography & Videography
- Plan and execute product shoots, corporate videos, interviews, customer testimonials, and social media reels.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos using DSLR, mirrorless cameras, or smartphones.
- Manage lighting, audio, and basic production setup for indoor and outdoor shoots.
- Organize and maintain digital media assets.
Video Editing
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Create reels, promotional videos, YouTube videos, and motion graphics.
- Add subtitles, transitions, music, animations, and branding elements.
- Optimize videos for different social media platforms and formats.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales, design, and product teams to develop marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, and emerging content formats.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing.
- Excellent content writing and copywriting skills.
- Experience in photography and videography.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual design.
- Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta certifications are an added advantage.
- A portfolio showcasing content writing, social media campaigns, photography, and video editing work.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in website traffic and organic search rankings.
- Increase in qualified leads and conversions.
- Social media engagement and follower growth.
- Performance of paid advertising campaigns (ROI/ROAS).
- Content reach, impressions, and engagement.
- Video views, watch time, and audience retention.
- Email campaign open and click-through rates.
- Timely execution of marketing campaigns.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
