Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Placement Officer to drive student placements by building strong employer relationships and ensuring successful career outcomes for our learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies for student placements and internships
- Coordinate end-to-end placement activities including scheduling interviews and follow-ups
- Identify and onboard new hiring partners across various industries
- Guide and prepare students for interviews, resume building, and job readiness
- Track placement metrics and maintain accurate records of student progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to align training programs with industry needs
- Organize job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events
- Ensure high placement conversion rates and meet assigned targets
Requirements (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain corporate relationships
- Target-driven mindset with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Experience in the EdTech or education sector
- Familiarity with campus recruitment processes
- Existing network of corporate contacts

This is a work-from-office role based in Tiruchirappalli. Candidates willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
