Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Service Support Executive with a strong background in the mobile service industry to support sales and service operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers, service teams, dealers, and internal departments to ensure smooth service operations, timely issue resolution, and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide sales and service coordination support for mobile products and related accessories.
- Handle service-related queries from customers, dealers, and sales teams.
- Coordinate with authorized service centers and technical teams for complaint resolution.
- Track service requests, repair status, warranty claims, and customer escalations.
- Maintain proper records of service cases, customer interactions, and resolutions.
- Support sales teams with service-related information and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with dealers regarding service issues, product concerns, and after-sales support.
- Monitor pending service cases and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly service reports and MIS updates.
- Collect market feedback regarding product/service quality and customer concerns.
- Ensure smooth communication between sales, service, warehouse, and management teams.
Candidate RequirementsExperience (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in mobile brand service operations is mandatory.
- Candidates who have worked with mobile phone brands, authorized service centers, or mobile service networks will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience in handling mobile service processes, warranty claims, repairs, and customer support is required.
Technical Knowledge
- Good understanding of mobile device service processes.
- Knowledge of warranty policies, repair procedures, and service escalation handling.
- Familiarity with mobile hardware/software issues and troubleshooting.
- Experience in handling service portals and service documentation will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Strong customer handling and communication skills.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up ability.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple service cases efficiently.
