Key Responsibilities
- System Installation & Supervision: Supervise daily installation activities for irrigation lines, sprinkler heads, pumps, control valves, and electrical timers.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine inspections, repairs, and calibration tests on irrigation equipment, including pump stations.
- Labor & Site Management: Direct site laborers and subcontractors, ensuring work adheres to site blueprints and specifications.
- Quality & Safety Control: Ensure high-quality installation, proper material usage, and strict adherence to health and safety regulations, including conducting risk assessments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in irrigation installation or, agricultural/horticultural maintenance.
- Technical Knowledge: Practical knowledge of plumbing, hydraulic components, pumps, and basic electrical work (timers, controllers).
- Leadership: Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage crews effectively.
- Education/Certification: Degree or MBA is preferred;
