About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Privilege Relationship Manager to join our growing sales team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients while providing personalized investment and wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new HNI and Privilege clients through networking, referrals, market intelligence, and personal contacts.
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of high-value client relationships.
- Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable investment products.
- Promote monthly focus products and investment opportunities.
- Sell financial products including:
- Mutual Funds
- Insurance
- Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
- Structured Products
- Maintain accurate client records and business updates in the CRM system.
- Stay updated with local market trends and investment opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
Candidate RequirementsEducation
- Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking or Stock Broking.
- Experience handling Privilege/HNI clients.
- Knowledge of AUM management and wealth management products.
- Proven experience in direct sales and client acquisition.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of financial markets and investment products.
- Ability to generate business independently.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
