What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, accelerate development, and improve code quality.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI trends, and industry best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as React, Angular, Node.js or Spring Boot.
- Understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, distributed systems, message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ), caching (Redis), load balancing, and cloud-native application development.
- Microservices Architecture, Event-driven architectures using modern frameworks and Scalable Application Design.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI-assisted development platforms is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are mandatory for effective client interactions, requirement gathering, and professional stakeholder communication.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.Bonus Skills:
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
