We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager for the HoReCa segment in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth of bakery products through distributor management, team handling, and developing strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, and corporate clients.

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and develop HoReCa sales business for bakery products in Kolkata and nearby areas.
- Manage distributors and ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales targets.
- Appoint new distributors and strengthen distribution network where required.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team for daily market execution.
- Generate new business opportunities through HoReCa corporate tie-ups.
- Build strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, bakeries, caterers, and institutional clients.
- Conduct market visits to identify new customers and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business relationships.
- Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and monthly target analysis.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution and customer support.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG/Food/Bakery/HoReCa sales.
- Strong knowledge of HoReCa market and distributor handling.
- Experience in team management and corporate client acquisition.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets independently.
- Must be comfortable with field sales and market travel.
Preferred Background
Candidates from bakery products, frozen foods, dairy, FMCG, food ingredients, or HoReCa supply companies will be preferred.
