Job Summary
Hayat Hospital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Finance to strengthen its finance and accounts team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial management, hospital accounting operations, statutory compliance, budgeting, taxation, MIS reporting, and team coordination.
The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations, maintaining compliance standards, monitoring cash flow, and supporting management with accurate financial insights for strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the hospital
- Prepare and monitor budgets, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts
- Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports and financial statements
- Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and vendor payments
- Supervise billing, revenue tracking, and financial documentation processes
- Ensure accuracy in ledger entries, balance sheets, and accounting records
- Support management in financial planning, cost control, and profitability analysis
- Maintain compliance with hospital finance policies and internal controls
- Lead and coordinate with the accounts and finance team for smooth workflow
- Ensure timely completion of monthly and annual financial closing activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred
- Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts
- Prior experience in hospital or healthcare industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance procedures
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools
