Position: Primary Teacher (PRT)

Key Responsibilities
Teaching
Teach subjects as per the school curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans and classroom activities.
Use innovative teaching methods to make learning engaging.
Classroom Management
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
Ensure students' safety and well-being.
Monitor attendance and classroom behavior.
Assessment & Evaluation
Conduct tests, assignments, and projects.
Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
Maintain academic records and report cards.
Student Development
Support students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
Identify learning difficulties and provide guidance.
Parent Communication
Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
Communicate student progress and concerns to parents.
School Activities
Participate in assemblies, sports, cultural events, and school functions.
Assist in organizing educational programs and competitions.
Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant subject.
D.El.Ed/B.Ed preferred.
Good communication and classroom management skills.
Basic computer knowledge.

Working Hours
As per school timings (typically 8-10 hours per day).
