You’ll play a key role in enrolling small to medium business owners into one of our most popular training programs. You will have experience in sales and marketing, and following up with small and medium business in and around Maharashtra. Have a database of past customers with whom you have a good relationship.

You’ll be a team player and also possess the skills and discipline to work without supervision. You’ll be ready to learn and develop your sales skills to the next level!
Job Description – Business Development Manager
- Generate and convert leads from small and medium businesses across Maharashtra.
- Promote and enroll clients into the company’s coaching and training programs.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the company, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
- Perform constant follow-ups and progress checks with clients to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through disciplined execution.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively with the team to drive business growth.

Base salary ( mentioned below FIXED ) + attractive incentive ( variable pay + closure based incentive )
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
