Job Description:
Vaayutrip is hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for the position of Telesales Executive. The candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, strong convincing ability, and a passion for sales. The role involves handling customer calls, explaining travel services, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Explain company travel products and services to customers
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into bookings
- Coordinate with customers regarding travel requirements
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Follow up with potential clients regularly
- Achieve sales targets and maintain daily reports
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good convincing and telesales skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and sales-oriented approach
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Experience in telesales/travel sales will be preferred
