Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced part-time who specializes in Meta Ads Manager and technical tracking setups. The primary goal of this role is to implement proper tracking on our website, and setup, optimize, and manage paid ad campaigns to generate high-quality matrimonial leads and direct WhatsApp/Call inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Setup: Install and configure Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and custom conversion tracking directly on the website backend.
Setup, manage, and optimize end-to-end Lead Generation and Conversion campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
Conduct precise audience targeting, retargeting (using Pixel data), and A/B testing to lower the Cost Per Lead (CPL).
Design basic ad creatives/graphics using Canva and write compelling ad copies.
Provide a weekly performance report with clear insights on spend vs leads generated.
Qualifications, Experience & Language:
Language Requirements: Must be fluent in Hindi and have a strong command of written and spoken English (for ad copywriting and team communication).
Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in running successful Meta Conversion campaigns.
Strong technical knowledge of installing Meta Pixel codes and Event Tracking on website backends.
Portfolio or proof of past ad campaign results and technical setups is mandatory during application.
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
