Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Develop creative interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
- Prepare space planning layouts, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), estimates, and material specifications.
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and budget.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and industry practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential and/or commercial interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, or similar design software.
- Good understanding of space planning, color schemes, materials, and furniture design.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of site execution and coordination will be an added advantage.
