Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site
- Monitor labor productivity and site progress
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site engineers
- Check quality of materials and workmanship
- Maintain site discipline and safety standards
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management
- Handle site measurements and material usage records
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work
- Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with different teams
Required Skills
- Knowledge of civil construction work and site execution
- Ability to read drawings and layouts
- Good communication and team handling skills
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
