Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven AGM – Sales with strong experience in the real estate sector and proven team management capabilities. The role involves driving revenue, managing high-performing sales teams, and ensuring achievement of sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Drive primary sales for residential/commercial real estate projects
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies
2. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and executives
- Set individual and team targets and monitor performance
- Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and motivation sessions
3. Channel & Client Management
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key clients
- Strengthen channel sales network to maximize project reach
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
4. Sales Operations
- Oversee site sales activities and ensure smooth operations
- Track sales funnel, conversions, and lead management efficiency
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns
5. Market Intelligence
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
- Provide inputs for product positioning and pricing decisions
6. Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance dashboards
- Ensure adherence to company policies and real estate regulations
Qualifications & SkillsEducational Qualification
- MBA / Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in real estate sales
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership or team management role
