Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control, including material receipt, storage, and issue.
- Conduct stock taking to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
- Plan and execute store keeping activities to maintain efficient storage conditions.
- Oversee stores maintenance and supervise store staff as needed.
- Coordinate with construction teams on material requirements planning (MRP) and material management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in building construction or civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction project materials, including building materials, civil construction materials, etc.
- Proficiency in inventory control processes such as MRP, stock taking, and material requirement planning.
