Role Summary
Xylem Learning is seeking an Academic Counsellor to assist students and parents throughout their learning journey by offering course-related guidance, sharing program details, and ensuring regular support. The role is centered on enhancing the overall student experience through effective communication and timely assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to incoming and outgoing calls with students and parents
- Help students identify suitable academic options based on their needs
- Explain program details, admission-related information, policies, and available support services
- Conduct regular follow-ups to address concerns and provide updates
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure proper student assistance and coordination
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 0 to 2 years of experience in academic counselling, student relations, customer support, or a similar role
Required Skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Supportive, student-oriented, and approachable attitude
- Ability to handle queries with patience and professionalism
- Good verbal communication (Malayalam) and basic problem-solving ability
Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
