Business Analyst – EdTech
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, clients, and end users.
- Work closely with product, development, and QA teams to define project scope and requirements.
- Analyze educational processes and recommend technology-driven solutions.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the EdTech industry.
- Identify opportunities to improve learning platforms, LMS, and educational applications.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure business objectives are met.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and learning outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
