Job Title :- Site Supervisor – Interior Design Projects
Job Summary
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day interior fit-out and finishing activities at project sites. This role ensures that work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, project schedules, and safety requirements. The Site Supervisor coordinates with clients, contractors, vendors, designers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily interior construction and fit-out activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues to avoid project delays.
- Coordinate with clients during site visits and provide project updates.
- Verify measurements and ensure accurate installation of furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
- Assist in project handover, snag list preparation, and final inspections.
- Maintain proper documentation, including attendance records, work progress, and material usage.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience supervising interior design or fit-out projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or office interior projects is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
