- Attend walk-in customers and respond to inquiries received through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties/projects.
- Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Manage leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Ensure timely follow-up and customer engagement.
- Prepare quotations, booking forms, and other sales-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and project updates.
- Assist customers throughout the booking and documentation process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Address customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
