Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to identify new business opportunities. The role involves lead generation, client outreach, market research, and participation in government tendering processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through online research, networking, and various lead generation platforms.
- Conduct cold email campaigns and cold calling to introduce the company's services and generate business opportunities.
- Identify potential clients and schedule meetings with prospects.
- Perform market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Search, monitor, and participate in government tenders through portals such as GeM and other e-procurement platforms.
- Prepare and submit tender documents with accuracy and within deadlines.
- Maintain and update lead databases, CRM records, and business development reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation, quotations, and client follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in business development or sales will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Odia is an added advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn and online business directories.
- Basic knowledge of government e-tendering portals (GeM, CPP Portal, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
