Ø Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
Ø Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Ø Oversee and coach employees
Ø Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
Ø Check production output according to specifications
Ø Submit reports on performance and progress
Ø Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
