Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales staff to build a high-performing team.Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales plans and campaigns to achieve business goals.Performance Management: Set clear sales quotas, monitor daily metrics, and conduct regular performance reviews.Forecasting & Budgeting: Prepare sales forecasts, monitor department budgets, and report progress to senior management.Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with key clients and resolve escalated customer service complaints
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
