Job Title: Designer cum Merchandiser
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Designer cum Merchandiser to manage product development, sourcing, production coordination, costing, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will work closely with design, production, and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products aligned with market trends and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design collections aligned with brand vision and market trends.
- Develop product specifications, samples, and tech packs.
- Source fabrics, trims, and coordinate with vendors.
- Prepare costing and monitor production timelines.
- Ensure product quality and timely deliveries.
- Conduct market and trend research.
- Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in fashion design and merchandising.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of garment development, sourcing and production.
- Excellent communication, creativity and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
