Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Communication Trainer at Raisoni Education, located in Nagpur. The communication trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering effective communication training programs to staff and students. The communication trainer will also be responsible for developing training materials and curriculum, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and providing feedback to participants.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in training and curriculum development
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Knowledge of intercultural communication
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Communication, Education, or related field
- Experience in higher education or academic setting is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
