VMC Programmer – Jigs & Fixtures
We are looking for an experienced VMC Programmer with strong knowledge in Mastercam and SolidCAM, preferably from the Jigs & Fixtures manufacturing industry.
Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in VMC Programming
- Experience in Jigs & Fixtures manufacturing is mandatory
- Hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machining operations
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining tolerances
Required Skills
- Strong programming knowledge in Mastercam and SolidCAM
- Ability to create 2D & 3D tool paths for VMC machining
- Experience in programming for complex Jigs & Fixtures components
- Selection of cutting tools, inserts, feeds & speeds
- Knowledge of fixture setting and process optimization
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience in reducing cycle time and improving machining efficiency
- Knowledge of different materials such as MS, EN series, Aluminum, SS, etc.
- Understanding of machining sequence planning and process sheets
- Troubleshooting machining and programming issues on shop floor
- Familiarity with Fanuc controller programming is preferred
- Good coordination with design, production, and quality teams
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
