Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors to ensure smooth progress of work.
- Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations.
- Report site progress, issues, and requirements to the Project Manager or Site Engineer.
- Verify materials delivered on-site and ensure proper usage.
- Maintain site records including attendance, material usage, and daily progress reports.
- Travel between multiple sites in the Bangalore district as required.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or BE in Electrical Engineering/Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a site supervision or related engineering role.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficient in Kannada and/or Hindi; basic English required.
- Telugu or Tamil language skills will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
- Must own a bike/two-wheeler with valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel between construction sites across Bangalore District.
Preferred Attributes:
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Practical knowledge of construction processes and materials.
