Role description
This is a full time contractual role for a period of 3 years.
1. Support the effective implementation of the HRM strategy within GLOBAL WIRE INDIA to ensure alignment with BU level strategy and organization goals.
2. Manage effective implementation of HRM processes within GWI Indore operations to ensure the creation of an engaged workforce
3. Support the compliance to all industrial relations policies and requirements within GLOBAL WIRE INDIA - Support.
4. Management of human resources of the department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance.
5. Implementation of Contractors Labour Management System and ensure compliance. Ensure implementation of relevant statutory norms.
6. Formulation of guidelines and procedures related to own and contractors’ employees on the lines Company’s policies.
7. Ensure availability of welfare amenities, discipline at workplaces.
8. Maintain harmonious industrial relations with all stakeholders.
9. Anticipate risks and plan its mitigation.
Skills
Technical Competencies
Deep understanding of HR/IR Concepts, including interpretation of related laws & rules of the state.
- Understanding of existing & future Group Dynamics of various demography.
- Basic knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing
