Key Responsibilities :-
Recruitment Support
- Posting job openings on job portals and social media.
- Screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinating with candidates for interview appointments.
- Maintaining recruitment records and candidate databases.
Employee Documentation
- Preparing and maintaining employee files.
- Collecting joining documents from new employees.
- Assisting in preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Updating employee records in HR systems.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintaining daily attendance records.
- Tracking employee leave and absenteeism.
- Preparing attendance reports for payroll processing.
HR Administration
- Maintaining HR registers and records.
- Handling employee ID cards and gate passes.
- Assisting in employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Coordinating employee communication and notices.
Compliance Support
- Assisting in PF, ESIC, and labour compliance documentation.
- Supporting internal and external audits.
- Maintaining statutory records as required.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in HR or Administration.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
