- HR Executive / HR Manager – Derma Arts
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment and selection process for all departments.
- Handle 70% focus on hiring, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates.
- Have strong knowledge of hiring platforms such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, and other recruitment portals.
- Create, post, and optimize job openings across multiple platforms to attract quality candidates.
- Actively pitch and communicate with potential candidates to maintain a strong hiring pipeline.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies, systems, and procedures aligned with company goals.
- Support current and future business needs through employee engagement, motivation, and talent management.
- Develop training and performance management programs to ensure employees understand their responsibilities, company policies, and workplace standards.
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs across departments.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and performance-driven work environment.
- Handle confidential HR matters with complete discretion and professionalism.
- Monitor employee performance, discipline, attendance, and workplace conduct.
- Support departments in developing strategic HR plans aligned with overall business objectives.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain employee records, and provide management with HR insights and metrics.
- Ensure smooth coordination between management and staff for efficient workflow and communication.
- Manage and maintain an organized HR setup that promotes productivity and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate-handling skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies, hiring funnels, and interview coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and people management skills.
- Prior experience in healthcare, aesthetic clinic, salon, or service industry will be an added advantage.
