As an Application Lead, your day revolves around spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications. You serve as the central liaison for all project-related communications, ensuring seamless coordination among stakeholders. Your role involves overseeing the application lifecycle from inception to deployment, facilitating collaboration across teams, and driving the successful delivery of solutions that meet organizational objectives. You actively manage priorities and resources to maintain project momentum and quality standards throughout the development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of application components.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges or risks that may arise.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Advanced Access Controls.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and best practices.
- Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise applications to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with security controls and compliance standards related to access management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
