Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Unit Manager to oversee food service operations in a healthcare facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service, operational excellence, food safety compliance, and team management.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily F&B operations.
- Lead and supervise operational teams.
- Ensure HACCP, hygiene, and quality compliance.
- Control food cost, inventory, and wastage.
- Coordinate with hospital departments.
- Deliver excellent patient and customer service.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- 6+ years of F&B experience.
- Healthcare or institutional catering experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
